Nonwoven Fabric
Nonwoven Fabric is a fabric-like material made from staple fiber (short) or long fibers (continuous long), bonded together by chemical, mechanical, heat, or solvent treatment. Nonwoven fabric is commonly used in hygiene products, such as diapers, feminine hygiene products, and wet wipes, because of its absorbency, softness, and other desirable properties.
PE Films
Diaper PE films provide a waterproof barrier that prevents moisture from leaking out of the diaper. In sanitary napkins, the PE film is typically used as the back sheet. These films are made from a type of plastic called polyethylene, which is a durable, flexible, and lightweight material.
HOOK and LOOP TAPE
Diaper closure systems typically consist of frontal tape,which is used to secure the front of the diaper and mechanical hook side tapes, which are used to secure the sides of the diaper. These components work together to provide a reliable and adjustable closure system for diapers.
